Since 5 years, I have been in TMA position for OPMobility for a critical application (c#/Winform .NET 4.0) used by plant production :
I write specifications, estimates, tests for developments; I ensure the running maintenance of the 40 or so factories, support and correction if necessary;
I provide training for internal teams or customers on the application as well as technical and functional advice and expertise In my free time, I create a tool for debugging, master data generation, or standardized actions for the factory environment.

During the COVID period, we are emoting and I am joining a new team for an industrial client: Plastic Omnium
I am in charge of maintaining several SharePoint sites (2010/2013) and a critical application installed in more than 30 production plants around the world.
Over the years, I have completely reworked the code to make it more robust and clearer. Under my assistance, we go from one ticket per day to one ticket every 2 or 3 days.
If there is a ticket, there is a solution: Either training because the user lacks knowledge, or corrections or adjustments to the code to meet business expectations and constraints.

I am joining a project to manage a CMMS application park for a client in the energy sector. My role is to provide support and development for 2 separate tools:
InforEAM: a well-known software package with a lot of specific features (native SQL updates, retro-documentation of existing software)
GMAO software in Gupta: an obscure object-oriented programming language I am one of the few French developers who knows It is a relatively difficult project to start: no one knew about Indian technology or the profession. Starting with software that does not work is quickly complicated for a junior.
